Wisconsin Chapter Reimbursement Form 2026

Available Reimbursements:

The Board of Directors has approved reimbursement for Winter Meeting and Summer Meeting registration fees for all attendees.

This event registration reimbursement is separate from, and in addition to, any available Wisconsin Chapter or Division reimbursement credits.

Wisconsin Chapter, NECA Reimbursements:1.      One (1) reimbursement of $3,150 for contractors who have worked less than 75,000-man hours, cumulatively in the Chapter, for the 2025 year.
2.      Two (2) reimbursements of $3,150 for contractors who have worked between 75,000 and 150,000-man hours, cumulatively in the Chapter, for the 2025 year.
3.      Three (3) reimbursements of $3,150 for contractors who have worked over 150,000-man hours, cumulatively in the Chapter, for the 2025 year.
Chapter reimbursements may be used by Chapter member firms only, for:
NECA National Convention:

event registration fees
travel expenses
accommodations (hotel room + tax only)

Wisconsin Chapter Winter Meeting:

travel expenses
accommodations (hotel room + tax only)
Wisconsin Chapter Summer Meeting:
travel expenses
accommodations (hotel room + tax only)
For Chapter Reimbursements, Wisconsin Chapter, NECA member companies with locations in multiple divisions should please establish one person as the point of contact to submit Chapter reimbursement requests (this does not apply to Division Reimbursement requests as those may be submitted by individual branches).

Madison Division Reimbursements:
1.      One (1) reimbursement of $3,000 for contractors who have worked less than 75,000-man hours, within the Madison Division, for the 2025 year.
2.      Two (2) reimbursements of $3,000 for contractors who have worked between 75,000 and 150,000-man hours, within the Madison Division, for the 2025 year.
2.      Three (3) reimbursements of $3,000 for contractors who have worked over 150,000-man hours, within the Madison Division, for the 2025 year.
Madison Division reimbursements may be used by member firms of the Madison Division only, for registration, travel, meals, and accommodations for the NECA National Convention, and/or for the Wisconsin Chapter Winter or Summer Meetings.

Janesville Beloit Division Reimbursements:
1.      One (1) reimbursement of $3,000 per member firm in good standing, who has not at any time be more than thirty (30) days in arrears in the payment of dues, service charges and/or accounts receivable of the Wisconsin Chapter and must be represented at not less than fifty percent (50%) of all Division meetings. To qualify, the member firm must be a permanent member of the Division with a permanently established place of business in the area served by this Division, and who has applied for and have been accepted, in due form, for membership in a Division of this Chapter, subject to the provisions of the Division Bylaws.
Janesville Beloit Division reimbursements may be used by member firms of the Janesville Beloit Division only, for registration, travel (including airfare), and accommodations for any NECA National events and conferences, and/or for the Wisconsin Chapter Winter or Summer Meetings.

Indianhead Division Reimbursements:
1.      One (1) reimbursement of $1,000 for contractors who have worked less than 75,000-man hours, within the Indianhead Division, for the 2025 year.
2.      Two (2) reimbursements of $1,000 for contractors who have worked between 75,000 and 150,000-man hours, within the Indianhead Division, for the 2025 year.
3.      Three (3) reimbursements of $1,000 for contractors who have worked over 150,000-man hours, within the Indianhead Division, for the 2025 year.
Indianhead Division reimbursements may be used by member firms of the Indianhead Division only, for registration, travel (including mileage), meals (including beverages), and accommodations for 2026 Wisconsin Chapter Winter or Summer Meetings.

We cannot process your reimbursement request until we receive your completed form AND all emailed documentation. Reimbursement forms, itemized receipts and supporting documents will not be accepted after 60 days following the last date of the event, no exceptions. Reimbursements are only applicable to members of the Wisconsin Chapter, NECA.
